I would not only give a handful of packaged candy to the flight attendants (either individually wrapped hard candy, but the M&M or Skittles types), but also give them to the nicely behaved passengers. Only to the well behaved, adults or children whom have their parental approval. It will be a happy airplane.

I use the candy & I throw in red bulls, tip for every flight over 3 hours (it ALWAYS works) it's usually free alcohol for the duration of the flight 😊

Giving treats to flight attendants only works with white passengers. My Caucasian staff and I had an experiment for an entire year, traveling once a month. All those who are white go upgraded. Me being the only Asian, a black and 2 Latinas did not get upgraded once. White privilege really do exist!!😅
