I completely disagree. Guys! Please be very, very careful. I have seen weird insects, scorpions, skinned cats and dogs, and fried snakes on handcarts in Ho Chi Minh City. Do you really want to eat these disgusting things and fall sick? I suggest you go to Mackers, or a nice upscale restaurant, as opposed to "STREET FOOD" that this guy is suggesting. He seems to be Vietnamese or Chinese. They eat everything that moves. Don't believe him. Be safe.
The street food has an extreme amount of sodium and it’s cooked with processed oils. I eat clean and immediately felt my heart racing because of the salt. Once I’m settled in I’ll start cooking for myself
Fun fact: Vietnam is not designed for walking. Everyone is rolling. Bikes, scooters, buses, cars, trucks. Most places have no walkways and if they have, they're full of parked scooters and vending stalls. There are very few traffic lights outside the big city centers. Crossing the streets on foot is difficult and time-consuming.
And if you look touristy, you will be honked at by thousands of moto taxi riders per hour and asked "moto taxi??".
Renting a scooter and riding is the primary means of transportation for able-bodied adult tourists in Vietnam. If you have family, rent a driver and let yourself be chauffeured around by him for the day. That's a lot cheaper than moto taxis, a lot more relaxed than walking and it's what 90% of Vietnamese citizens do to get around themselves.
Not a huge fan of Vietnam. The food isn’t that great. I saw more rats there than any other place I’ve been to. My wife and son even contracted cholera in da nang. The people though are amazing. Walking to the gym people would stop in their cars or work trucks to wave at me 😂 even tables of older ladies having breakfast, they’d stop eating and shout “hello” ❤
Fun fact: you should go Hanoi to have an amz food tour, very cheap. Go to Sapa to have great View of mountain( Not Dalat) Go to HonMun(Nha Trang) to have a beautifull view of beach. Don’t go to Dalat if you want to not disappointed

Biggest scam that will deplete your money: a relationship. In any country. Avoid.
So its the same as every other asian country? Except Japan and Australia
vietnam without buying a motorbike is not convenient and missing out on the real nam experience
State the obvious.

If being overcharged, just shout "DAT QUA???" and they'll fix it😂

Nice thank you
That green suitcase she was standing next to was a flashback
so love vietnam ❤️
How are these mistakes? People choose the way they want to live. If you can afford it, stay, eat and traverse however you like.
You make local Vietnamese wages.
I thought Vietnam has digtal ID
I lived in Hanoi for a long time and I thoroughly thoroughly agree with everything you’ve said
Im Vietnamese and i approve of these tips
Cheap for foreigners with salary from average $30,000-$100,000 a month. Meanwhile minimum wage in Vietnam only $ 1 an hour.
I’m solo traveling through Vietnam next month — still figuring out if I should start in the north or south. Any advice?
Ben thanh market scam some of my friends 😂
I found Vietnam a total ripoff and will never go back. Even when you need cash from the ATM it will rip you off.
can you do a video to explain us the vietnamese currency?
No thanks. After digital ID they can kiss it down the crack.
First mistake: robbing jewelry stores and hitting the security guard with a baton.

Vietnam is safe guys ??
So your broke
What a pile of shite everything he’s saying is BS
I was there a month ago. People have learned to ask for tips from taxi drivers to hotel staffs. It's annoying!
