Any questions on the tips I gave? Let me know below! And let me know what part of Japan you're traveling to next!!
Nagano
Thank you soo much for all the work you put into creating them.
I have a question: we will be in Tokyo on the thrid Monday of September which is a Holiday, the Respect for the Elderly day.
I did research and now know about its origins and history. What I don't know is what things would be best to do on that day in Tokyo. Is it more crowded (everyone shopping in Tokyo) than usual or less (everyone out in the country?)
Any suggestions about what to avoid or what to do on this specific day will be highly appreciated.
I don't mind if prices are up on that day, it's to be expected on a holiday .
Any tips
I might go to Japan one day. I will be sure to keep these tips in mind.
I even have a rough itinerary in mind, so I ran the calculations for the cost of train travel and found that I would be best off paying for individual tickets rather than getting a pass.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much for making this, I feel like the 20 videos I watched before I got here have been reflected in your video plus about double the tips from all 20 combined
What also helped us when we where there was this app – ATM Fee Saver – it shows ATMs with no or low fees for withrawing money. Was soo helpful to find an ATM

Thank you so much for a great video! We are planning a trip with 3 kids during the autumn. What is the etiquette regarding toilet use for kids? Is it OK for a young child to pee on a tree in a park? Are there enough public toilets? What do I do if one the kids is asking for toilet asap in a busy area?

28:47 if you buy something in japan that’s tax exempt without that item unused it’s considered tax evasion? So you have to use it?? Im so confused😅
when you say don't come during New Year's, are we talking December 31st or the Chinese New Year??
Can I bring my own epi-pen?
Excellent video with a lot of content.
I found out through other videos that you need the stamp in the passport to get JR passes, so automatic immigration with QR code should be avoided right? Even though it’s so helpful.
Spring because I want to see the blossoms
I sleep on a tatami mattress, I do not think I’ll have much of a problem. However, I actually sleep on two of them. The one underneath is kind of a foam mattress. I roll them up in the morning and put them off to one side.
Great video!
Great video! In your customs section at 34:11 why is the restaurant worker gesturing at the jug and cups outside the entrance doorway?
Thank you thank you thank you
Are there hotel groups like Marriott and IHG in Tokyo?
Wow the customs are pretty much the same in the US, talking loudly on transit is rude who knew
